离型纸，又称硅油纸、防粘纸。主要保护胶面不受到污染，方便使用时拨开底纸进行粘贴；应用得较广的，主要是胶带/带胶制品的载体，在食品、医疗卫生等多行业有大量应用。
离型纸的种类
常见的离型纸基材包括PET、PP/PE、CPP、单铜、白（蓝/黄）格拉辛、PET网格、单铜网格、0111品牌网格、0111品牌格拉辛、0111品牌透明底纸等。
在离型纸的描述中，经常说多少克重/每平方。但由于材质不同，克重与实际厚度没有一定关系，而实际厚度却跟纸的比重息息相关。（例如：50G的纸不一定就是50um厚，不同纸的比重就会决定测量时或高/或低。）
0111专利：新型离型纸

这是一种用于高端的镜面材质上的新型离型纸，它的表面十分平整透亮，所以用在胶带或者胶粘用品上其胶面也会十分平整，因此也能更好地保护其表面。这是市面上的很多离型纸无法做到的。另外，我们还支持根据产品对其剥离力进行调整。
离型纸的剥离力
离型纸的剥离力是胶粘材料从被粘表面剥离时的力，用来反应材料的粘接强度。在胶带的生产中，充分评估和验证剥离力的准确度对胶带的品质保证至关重要。
可移胶剥离力需要通过专用精密仪器+测试标准得到数据（剥离时角度有180度和90度），计量单位为GF/100mm、N/100mm 等。执行的标准也分为企标、团标、行标、国标、美标、欧标等。

In the description of release paper, it is often stated in grams per square meter (GSM). However, due to the different materials used, the GSM does not necessarily correspond to the actual thickness. The actual thickness is closely related to the specific gravity of the paper. For example, a 50 GSM paper does not necessarily mean it is 50 micrometers thick; the specific gravity of different papers will determine whether the measurement is higher or lower.

Peel strength of release paper
The peel strength of release paper refers to the force required to peel adhesive materials from a bonded surface, and it reflects the adhesive strength of the material. In the production of tapes, it is crucial to thoroughly evaluate and verify the accuracy of peel strength to ensure the quality of the tapes.
The peel strength of removable adhesive requires data obtained through dedicated precision instruments and testing standards (with peeling angles of 180 degrees and 90 degrees). The measurement units can be GF/100mm, N/100mm, and others. The standards for testing can be industry standards, group standards, national standards, American standards, European standards, etc.
