  如今胶带的应用十分广泛,种类也越来越多。今天就跟大家着重一起科普胶带的常识以及种类,并且了解胶带生产中的处理方法,一起建立起胶带的系统框架。

什么是基材?

  基材是用来涂胶或印刷的载体。

  大分类为膜类/纸类、透明基材/不透明基材、软质或拉伸性基材/硬质无拉伸性基材、耐高温基材/耐低温基材、自毁基材/自修复基材。


  常用基材有——

  • 膜类:PET、BOPP、PVC、PP、PE、TPU、珠光膜、合成纸

  • 纸类:牛皮纸 、和纸 、棉纸、美纹纸、硫酸纸

  • 其它基材:PE泡棉、EVA泡棉、聚氨酯泡棉、网格布、布基材料、铝箔、绒布、弹力布、无纺布、玻纤布、化纤布

  • 特殊材料:特殊纸类材料 、特殊膜类材料、耐高温面材 、耐低温面材、可拉伸性面材、自修复性面材、自毁性面材、光学级面材


  基材结构包含:基材(各种材质,各种厚度0.012um至5mm)+涂层/电晕。涂层和电晕的处理都是为了方便印刷及涂胶。


0111可移无痕胶

  和其他胶带对比,我们的胶带均采用0111可移无痕胶,可以在各种材质上胶,还能灵活通过自主发明专利技术配方来调整可移除胶粘力、耐高低温性能、可移除时间等。


什么是底纸(保护纸)

  底纸(保护纸)的作用是保护胶面不受到污染,方便使用时拨开底纸进行粘贴。

  底纸(保护纸)通常分为纸类和膜类,常见的材质包括:PET、PP/PE、CPP、单铜、白(蓝/黄)格拉辛、PET网格、单铜网格、0111品牌网格、0111品牌格拉辛、0111品牌透明底纸等。

  形容纸类厚度的单位为g(克重)/每平方;形容膜类厚度的单位为um(微米)、mm(毫米)。


背胶剥离力

  剥离力是胶粘材料从被粘表面剥离时的力,用来反应材料的粘接强度。计量单位有:GF/100mm、N/100mm等。

  测试剥离力的方法通常是通过专用精密仪器+测试标准得到的数据(有180度和90度测试数据)。执行标准也有所不同,分为:企标、团标、行标、国标、美标、欧标等。

    Nowadays, tape is widely used and there are more and more types. Today we will focus on introducing common knowledge and types of tape, as well as the processing methods used in tape production, in order to establish a systematic framework for tape.

Tape Structure

    General structure: Substrate + Removable Adhesive + Release Liner

What is a substrate?

   The substrate is the carrier used for applying adhesive or printing.

   It can be primarily classified into: film/paper, transparent/opaque, soft/stretchable/hard, high temperature resistant/low temperature resistant, self-destructive/self-healing, etc.

   Common substrates include:

   Films: PET, BOPP, PVC, PP, PE, TPU, glitter film, synthetic paper.

   Paper: kraft paper, Japanese paper, cotton paper, linen paper, sulfite paper.

   Other substrates: PE foam, EVA foam, PU foam, mesh, fabric, aluminum foil, fleece, elastic cloth, non-woven fabric, fiberglass cloth, chemical fiber cloth.

   Special materials: special paper materials, special film materials, high temperature resistant face materials, low temperature resistant face materials, stretchable face materials, self-healing face materials, self-destructive face materials, optical grade face materials.

   The substrate structure includes: substrate (various materials, thicknesses ranging from 0.012um to 5mm) + coating/corona. Coating and corona treatment are carried out for the convenience of printing and applying adhesives.

0111 Removable Adhesive

   Compared with other tapes, our tape uses 0111 removable adhesive, which can adhere to various materials, and can flexibly adjust the removable adhesive strength, high and low temperature resistance, and removable time through self-invented patented technology formulas.

What is a release liner?

   The release liner functions to protect the adhesive surface from contamination and to facilitate the release liner being peeled off when using the tape.

   Release liner can usually be classified into paper and film, common materials include: PET, PP/PE, CPP, single-coated paper, white (blue/yellow) glassine, PET mesh, single-coated mesh, 0111 brand mesh, 0111 brand glassine, 0111 brand transparent release liner, etc.

   The unit for describing paper thickness is g/square meter; the unit for describing film thickness is um (micron), mm (millimeter).

Peel Strength

   Peel strength is the force of the adhesive material when peeled off from the adhered surface, used to reflect the adhesion strength of the material. Measurement units include: GF/100mm, N/100mm, etc.

   The test method for peel strength is usually obtained through the use of specialized precision instruments and testing standards (with 180° and 90° test data). The executing standards also differ, including: enterprise standard, group standard, industry standard, national standard, American standard, European standard, etc.
