总结构：面材+可移胶+底纸（保护纸） 
什么是面材？
面材是用来打印或印刷的载体。
大分类为膜类/纸类、透明面材/不透明面材、软质或拉伸性面材/硬质无拉伸性面材、耐高温面材/耐低温面材、自毁面材/自修复面材。
常用面材有——
- 膜类：PET、BOPP、PVC、PP、PE、珠光膜、合成纸、热敏合成纸、热敏透明PET、
- 纸类：铜版纸、硫酸纸、热敏铜版纸、牛皮纸 、双胶纸 、
- 特殊材料：特殊纸类材料 、特殊膜类材料、耐高温面材 、耐低温面材、可拉伸性面材、自修复性面材、自毁性面材、光学级面材
面材结构包含：面材（各种材质，各种厚度0.012um至0.1mm）+涂层/电晕。印刷不同的油墨（水性墨、弱溶剂墨、UV墨）对应各种不同的涂层；UV墨的电晕效果最佳，或者是特制水墨。
0111可移无痕胶
和其他标签对比，我们的标签材料均采用0111可移无痕胶，可以在各种材质上胶，还能灵活通过自主发明专利技术配方来调整可移除胶粘力、耐高低温性能、可移除时间等。
什么是底纸（保护纸）
底纸（保护纸）的作用是保护胶面不受到污染，方便使用时拨开底纸进行粘贴。
底纸（保护纸）通常分为纸类和膜类，常见的材质包括：PET、PP/PE、CPP、单铜、白（蓝/黄）格拉辛、PET网格、单铜网格、0111品牌网格、0111品牌格拉辛、0111品牌透明底纸等。
形容纸类厚度的单位为g(克重)/每平方；形容膜类厚度的单位为um(微米)、mm（毫米）。

Whether it's searching for label products or producing labels, we need to have a thorough understanding of the basic structure of labels in order to precisely find the products that meet our needs. Today, we will spend two minutes summarizing the structure of label products for our friends.

Overall structure: face material + removable adhesive + backing paper (protective paper)
What is face material?
The face material is a carrier used for printing or stamping on the label. It can be broadly classified into film/paper, transparent/opaque, soft/stretchable/hard/non-stretchable, high-temperature/low-temperature resistance, self-destructing/self-repairing, etc.
Common face materials include:
Film: PET, BOPP, PVC, PP, PE, pearl film, synthetic paper, thermal-sensitive synthetic paper, thermal-sensitive transparent PET.
Paper: copper-plate paper, sulfuric acid paper, thermal-sensitive copper-plate paper, kraft paper, double-sided tape.
Special materials: special paper materials, special film materials, high-temperature resistance face material, low-temperature resistance face material, stretchable face material, self-repairing face material, self-destructing face material, optical-grade face material.
The structure of the face material includes: face material (various materials with different thicknesses ranging from 0.012um to 0.1mm) + coating/corona discharge. Different inks (water-based ink, weak solvent ink, UV ink) correspond to different coatings; the corona discharge effect of UV ink is the best, or special water-based ink.
0111 removable traceless adhesive
In comparison to other labels, our label materials all utilize 0111 removable traceless adhesive which can adhere to various materials while also being flexible through independently invented patented technology formulas to adjust its removable adhesive strength, temperature resistance, and removable time.
What is backing paper (protective paper)?
The purpose of the backing paper (protective paper) is to protect the adhesive surface from contamination and to facilitate easy peeling before use.
The backing paper (protective paper) is usually divided into paper and film types, and common materials include: PET, PP/PE, CPP, single copper, white (blue/yellow) glasin, PET mesh, single copper mesh, 0111 brand mesh, 0111 brand glasin, and 0111 brand transparent backing paper.
The thickness of paper is described in g/m², while the thickness of film is described in um (micrometers) or mm (millimeters).
